Employee Communications
Employee Handbooks
Policy documents, including communications, employee handbooks and member guides have to convey company values, style and tone of voice. Will employees read them? Will they even look at them? To have a chance the documents need to be engaging, with images, colour and highlighted text. If they are only going to read some of it make sure the main messages are emphasized.

International Group – Employee Communications Material
We were invited to design a very different Employee Handbook, something that the employees would value and constantly refer to. As it was an international group we decided to use a travel theme where employees could collect passport stamps for their personalized travel case by completing objectives and achieving targets, culminating in a prize of a free holiday at one of their prestigious hotels around the world.
